The Urban Oasis

The site is located at an existing park called Villa Carlo Alberto al Quirinale, located in Rome, Italy. The site is a small park adjacent to a multiple palaces with lawns, flower beds and an equestrian statue of King Carlo Alberto in the middle. It can be accessed from Via del Quirinale and from the double stairway of Via Piacenza.
The park is measured with an estimated length of 130 meters and width of 82 meters on a sloped site with a height difference of 4.5 meters. The project is intended to renovate the park into a gallery space that includes auditorium, workshop area, open courtyards and a series of gardens in between the programs.
